    We challenge the scope before it costs you. What to build, what to kill, in what order. You leave the first conversation with a shape and a sequence, not a proposal padded with options nobody intends to use.

    Engineer.

    Architecture first, then code that holds. Fewer moving parts, tested until boring. You see it running while it is being built, in an environment you can open yourself, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

    Ship.

    Deployed, documented, supported, with an engineer one message away. Handover is a real walkthrough and a written record of how it runs, and the number you message afterwards is ours, not a ticket queue.
